Terms of Service

By accessing or using OwlSuite you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

OwlSuite is a business platform for recruitment, client proposals, commercial agreements and workforce administration. It includes an optional integration that connects your own Google mailbox so that correspondence with a lead, client or candidate appears on that record, and so that you can write to them from within the platform.

• Accounts are issued within a workspace belonging to an organisation, and are for named individuals.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your credentials secure.
• Your workspace administrator controls roles and permissions, and can suspend or remove access to it.

Data your organisation records in OwlSuite remains your organisation's. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Connecting a mailbox is optional and reversible. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes our access at Google immediately.

You agree not to:

• use the platform unlawfully, or to send unsolicited bulk email;
• attempt to access another organisation's data, or to circumvent permission checks;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• upload material you have no right to process.

We aim to keep the platform available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but the service is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless your agreement with us says otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your organisation may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, or where required by law, and will give reasonable notice unless the circumstances make that impossible.

On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to workspace administrators.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global BrainForce is established, unless your agreement with us specifies otherwise.
